“In the realm of epigenetics, a new genetic algorithm has been proposed that enhances the stability and accuracy of genetic algorithms by addressing their limitations. The PEGA algorithm introduces a probabilistic environmental gradient descent strategy and a variable nucleosome reorganization operator, which significantly outperforms existing algorithms in terms of accuracy and stability, as demonstrated through comprehensive tests and real-world applications.”
