    • In the field of adaptive optimal tracking control for nonlinear systems, a novel integral reinforcement learning control algorithm is introduced. Expert proposed an asymmetric time-varying integral barrier Lyapunov function based actor-critic structure, ensuring dynamic full-state constraints are never violated. This provides solutions to solve optimal control problems for nonlinear systems with dynamic state constraints.
